This Cookie Policy explains how Andpixels LLC, doing business as &Pixels ("we," "us," or "our"), uses cookies and similar technologies on Revlr (revlr.ai). Read it alongside our Privacy Policy.
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently and to provide information to site owners.
Revlr uses two categories of cookies: 2.1 Essential cookies. Required for the service to function. These include your sign-in session, the record of your own cookie choice, and bot-protection tokens. You cannot opt out of essential cookies while using Revlr. They are set under the legal basis of legitimate interest, as they are strictly necessary for the service to operate. 2.2 Analytics cookies. Help us understand how visitors use Revlr so we can improve the product. We use Google Analytics 4 to analyze usage trends in aggregate. Analytics cookies are optional and do not load until you accept them. That applies everywhere, not only where the law requires consent.
| Cookie | Purpose | Type |
|---|---|---|
| revlr_cookie_consent | Remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics cookies, so you are not asked again on every page. | Essential |
| sb-<project>-auth-token | Keeps you signed in. Holds your access and refresh tokens, and may be split across numbered cookies (.0, .1) when the value is large. | Essential |
| cf_clearance | Records that a Turnstile bot-protection challenge was completed, so you are not challenged repeatedly. Set only where pre-clearance is enabled. | Essential |
| _ga | Distinguishes unique users for analytics purposes. Only set after you accept analytics cookies. | Analytics |
| _ga_* | Maintains session state and counts page views. Only set after you accept analytics cookies. | Analytics |
Paying for a plan and managing a subscription happen on Stripe checkout and billing pages, not on revlr.ai. Stripe sets its own cookies there, including __stripe_mid (about 1 year) and __stripe_sid (about 30 minutes), which it uses for fraud prevention and to hold your session during payment. We do not set those cookies and we cannot read them. No page on revlr.ai places them, because Revlr does not load the Stripe browser library. They are listed here because you will meet them in the course of paying us, and their use is governed by the Stripe privacy policy.
5.1 Cloudflare Turnstile. We use Cloudflare Turnstile on the free-audit and newsletter forms to protect against automated abuse. Turnstile typically verifies visitors without setting cookies. Where pre-clearance is enabled it sets the cf_clearance cookie listed above, so a visitor who has already passed a challenge is not asked again. 5.2 Upstash Redis. We use server-side rate limiting to prevent abuse of audit creation and free scans. This runs entirely on our servers and places no files on your device.
6.1 Consent banner. When you first visit Revlr, a cookie banner offers "Accept analytics" and "Essential only". Analytics do not load until you choose Accept analytics. 6.2 Changing your mind. Select "Cookie Settings" in the site footer to reopen the banner and change your choice at any time. Declining after having accepted also deletes the Google Analytics cookies already on your device. 6.3 Global Privacy Control. Revlr honors Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser or an extension sends a GPC signal, analytics cookies are off: the banner still appears, pre-set to essential only, and says the signal was received. Analytics will not load unless you affirmatively opt in despite the signal. GPC also overrides an acceptance you gave before it appeared, since a browser that begins sending the signal is withdrawing consent given earlier. 6.4 Browser controls. Most browsers let you view, delete, or block cookies through their settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent Revlr from working properly. You can also opt out of Google Analytics specifically using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, analytics cookies will not load until you provide affirmative consent through our cookie banner. The same is true everywhere else: we do not treat consent as the default in any region. You may withdraw consent at any time using "Cookie Settings" in the site footer, and the analytics cookies already on your device will be cleared.
We may update this Cookie Policy as we add new features or third-party integrations. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you by email or through an in-app notice before the changes take effect.
