By accessing or using Revlr (revlr.ai), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Revlr. These terms are between you and &Pixels, the operator of Revlr.
Revlr provides automated website auditing and reporting services powered by Signal AI. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must: • Provide accurate information when creating your account. • Keep your magic link authentication codes confidential. • Notify us immediately at hello@revlr.ai if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You may not use Revlr to: • Audit websites you do not own or have explicit permission to audit. • Circumvent security measures or access controls. • Scrape, resell, or redistribute audit data without permission. • Submit URLs containing malware, phishing content, or illegal material. • Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract Signal AI model outputs for competing purposes. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. All amounts are in USD. • Free plan: no credit card required. Limited to score summaries only. • Starter ($29/mo): 3 audits per month, 1 rollover maximum. • Pro ($79/mo): 10 audits per month, 1 rollover maximum. • Pro Lifetime ($997 one-time): capped at 100 buyers. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period. No prorated refunds on monthly plans.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on new Starter and Pro subscriptions. Lifetime deal purchases are non-refundable after 14 days. Expert Review add-on purchases are non-refundable once work has commenced. Contact hello@revlr.ai for refund requests.
Revlr and its content (excluding user-submitted data) are owned by &Pixels and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Revlr content without written permission. You retain ownership of the URLs and data you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that data to deliver the service.
Signal AI generates audit findings that are reviewed by our team before delivery. While we take care to ensure accuracy, audit reports are informational and not a guarantee of website compliance with any standard, regulation, or best practice. We are not liable for decisions made based on report content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, &Pixels is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Revlr. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which &Pixels is incorporated.
We may update these Terms of Service. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
